Supported Accommodation

Community Support
We provide flexible Community Access support, delivered by dedicated support workers who prioritise each participant’s needs with care, respect, and diligence.
Our team is committed to promoting independence, social inclusion, and meaningful engagement within the community, in line with NDIS goals and participant choice.
Long-term Support
We recognise that each participant’s journey is unique, which is why we develop personalised support plans tailored to individual goals, circumstances, and needs.
Where appropriate, this may include long-term supports or assistance with transitioning to more independent living or reconnecting with natural supports. We work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Child Protection, Family Support services, and the Department of Justice
